  We found the perfect engagement ring here.. But everything else has been an absolute DISASTER!! Their Deliver Guarantee means nothing! We're down to the last few days before a meticulously planned proposal and the ring still isn't ready. They promised it would be ready and in the store WEEKS AGO!! And ever since, it's been excuse after excuse. Buyer be warned.. avoid this place at all costs.

  bought small gold chain there. lock ( coupling) broked few months later . my wife came back asked to fix it they asked $100 to fix it. place is a joke. be aware. go spent your hard earned money for your jewelry with someone more reputable and more honest. i live in newtown . will never go back
